We are a grass-root organization working in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. It was initiated by a group of young people who had a vision for the social and economic growth of Mayurbhanj based on their experience of working with communities in the most deprived and vulnerable areas.. We are committed to create a society based on equity, justice and peace. We create platforms throughwhich the communities can voice their opinions and integrate their needs with the process of social development.

CREFTDA has successfully accomplished its financial year 2023-2024. Through its various ongoing projects, it has significantly contributed in the lives of Women & Children, Farmers & landless labour, Tribal & Forest dwellers, Disabled & Special category citizens, People affected by disasters and other under-privileged to help them evolve as agents of change. Our approach has always been a holistic development of the communities deprived of their rights and basic needs.

While presenting the annual report 2023-24, it is a matter of great satisfaction for the entire team that we achieved what we strived for. This report manifests the actions and results of the team.
At this point I extend my heartfelt thanks to communities, government, project partners, donors and other key stakeholders, who extended out their contributions and services, to deliver planned outcomes at the grassroots level through innovative solutions, while also enabled us to generate knowledge which can be shared and adapted to diverse development challenges. We tried our best to reach to the people of the remote areas, through focused effort on our outreach initiatives witnessing and experiencing the successful implementation of our core interventions.

In this 33rd year of our journey, knowing that we have mountains to climb, we remained committed to our mission which would not have been possible without support of many individuals and organisations. Thank you all for your trust and support. My thanks to all the members of CREFTDA for their hard work & dedication and wish everyone great success in the coming years.
Last but not the least I welcome feedbacks/suggestions for further improvement in our earnest endeavour to serve, and be able to serve, better.
